Cintra was the only company to submit a bid acceptable to NCDOT who said they passed over 300 criteria.

I was at the meeting a few weeks ago at Cornelius Town Hall and have a flyer and the address to send signatures to Governor McCrory. Is there a time line to get signatures turned in? Or, anything that I should know before doing this?
